দান-খয়রাত, সাদাকা ইত্যাদি করার ফজিলত...

আয়াত (সূরা আত-তাগাবুন, আয়াত ১৭)

إِن تُقْرِضُوا اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا يُضَاعِفْهُ لَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ۚ وَاللَّهُ شَكُورٌ حَلِيمٌ

বাংলা অনুবাদ

“তোমরা যদি আল্লাহকে উত্তম ঋণ প্রদান করো, তবে তিনি তা তোমাদের জন্য বহু গুণ বাড়িয়ে দিবেন এবং তোমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করবেন। আর আল্লাহ অতিশয় কৃতজ্ঞ, অতি সহনশীল।”

তাফসীর ও ব্যাখ্যা

১. “আল্লাহকে উত্তম ঋণ প্রদান” এর অর্থ কী?

এখানে “ঋণ” বলতে বোঝানো হয়েছে আল্লাহর পথে দান-খয়রাত, সদকা, জাকাত এবং আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টির উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যয় করা।

যেহেতু মানুষ আসলে যা ব্যয় করে সবই আল্লাহর দেওয়া, তবুও আল্লাহ দয়ার কারণে একে “ঋণ” বলেছেন। যেন মানুষ মনে করে – এটা হারিয়ে যায়নি, বরং আল্লাহর কাছে জমা হয়ে আছে।

২. “উত্তম ঋণ” (قرضًا حسنًا)

বিশুদ্ধ নিয়তে, কেবল আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টির উদ্দেশ্যে, রিয়া (দেখানো), স্বার্থ কিংবা কষ্ট না দিয়ে দান করা।

যেমন: অসহায়কে সাহায্য করা, দ্বীনের কাজে খরচ করা, এতিম, গরীব, মাদ্রাসা/মসজিদে সাহায্য ইত্যাদি।

৩. “ইউদ্বা’ইফহু লাকুম” – আল্লাহ গুণ বাড়িয়ে দিবেন

আল্লাহ তা দুনিয়া ও আখিরাতে বহুগুণে ফিরিয়ে দেন।

অন্য আয়াতে (সূরা বাকারা ২:২৬১) বলা হয়েছে: “একটি দানা সাত শিষ উৎপন্ন করে, প্রতিটি শিষে একশ’ দানা থাকে; আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা করেন, তার জন্য আরও বাড়িয়ে দেন।”

অর্থাৎ ১ টাকার দান আখিরাতে শত শত গুণে বৃদ্ধি পাবে।

৪. “ওয়া ইয়াগফির লাকুম” – এবং তিনি তোমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করবেন

দান-খয়রাতের মাধ্যমে আল্লাহ বান্দার গুনাহ মাফ করে দেন।

অর্থাৎ দান শুধু সম্পদ বৃদ্ধি নয়, বরং আত্মার পরিশুদ্ধি ও গুনাহ থেকে মুক্তিরও মাধ্যম।

৫. আল্লাহর দুটি সুন্দর গুণের উল্লেখ

শাকুর (شكور) – বান্দার সামান্য আমলও তিনি অনেক গুণে বাড়িয়ে প্রতিদান দেন।

হালীম (حليم) – বান্দারা কখনো দান না করলেও, গুনাহ করলেও তিনি তৎক্ষণাৎ শাস্তি দেন না, বরং ধৈর্য ধারণ করেন, সময় দেন তাওবার জন্য।

সারসংক্ষেপ

এই আয়াত আমাদের শিক্ষা দেয় যে—

দান-খয়রাত আসলে “আল্লাহকে ঋণ দেওয়া”র সমান।

বিশুদ্ধ নিয়তে দান করলে আল্লাহ তা বহুগুণে ফিরিয়ে দেন এবং গুনাহ মাফ করে দেন।

দান শুধু গরীবের জন্য নয়, দানকারী নিজেকেও আল্লাহর রহমত, মাগফিরাত ও জান্নাতের যোগ্য করে তোলে।

Conducted Training on Information Security Awareness

Information Security Division, in collaboration with the Learning & Development Centre (LDC), successfully arranged an Information Security Awareness Program on 20th August 2025.
Participants: 29 officials of the Trade Finance Operations (TFO) Team attended the session physically, while approximately 120 employees joined online.

Session Details: The awareness session was conducted from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM.

Objective: The program was organized in line with Bangladesh Bank’s audit compliance requirements, with a particular focus on employees engaged in foreign currency transactions.

This initiative aimed to strengthen employees’ understanding of information security protocols and reinforce the Bank’s commitment to compliance and risk mitigation.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Adiba Fariha, Feroze Ahamed Bhuiyan Bhai and Masud Rayhan (Head of LDC) for the cordial cooperation and arrangement. 

সোনার ডিম পাড়া হাঁস ও লোভের পরিণতি

একদা একজন সৎ ও কর্মঠ ব্যক্তি ছিলেন। তিনি আর্থিকভাবে খুব স্বাবলম্বী না হলেও, সৎ উপার্জনে তার জীবন সুন্দরভাবেই চলছিল। তিনি সর্বদা উপরওয়ালার প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞ ছিলেন।

তার সততা ও পরিশ্রমে সন্তুষ্ট হয়ে আল্লাহ তাকে একটি সোনার ডিম পাড়া হাঁস দান করলেন। হাঁসটি প্রতিদিন একটি করে সোনার ডিম দিত। এগুলো বিক্রি করে লোকটির অর্থনৈতিক অবস্থা ধীরে ধীরে উন্নত হতে লাগল। কিছুদিনের মধ্যেই তিনি সম্পদশালী ও প্রভাবশালী ব্যক্তিতে পরিণত হলেন।

কিন্তু যতই ধনী হচ্ছিলেন, ততই তার অন্তর থেকে কৃতজ্ঞতা ও আস্থা হারিয়ে যাচ্ছিল। একসময় লোভে অন্ধ হয়ে তিনি প্রতিদিন একটি করে ডিমে আর সন্তুষ্ট থাকতে পারলেন না। তার মনে হলো—“একবারেই সব ডিম পেয়ে ধনী হয়ে যাব।”

সে হাঁসটিকে জবাই করল, ভেবেছিল পেটের ভেতর অনেক সোনার ডিম জমা আছে। কিন্তু বিধিবাম! হাঁসের পেটে কিছুই ছিল না। হাঁসটিও মারা গেল, আর সোনার ডিমও আর কখনো পাওয়া গেল না। হতাশ হয়ে লোকটি আফসোস করতে লাগল—“আগে প্রতিদিন একটি করে ডিম পেতাম, জীবনে সুখ ছিল। এখন হাঁসটিও নেই, ডিমও নেই। আমার তো সবই শেষ!”

এই গল্প শুধু একজন ব্যক্তির নয়, বরং অনেক সমাজ ও রাষ্ট্রের ক্ষমতাধরদের সঙ্গেও মিলে যায়। শুরুতে সৎ প্রচেষ্টায় তারা ক্ষমতার সুযোগ পায়—যেন সোনার ডিম পাড়া হাঁস। কিন্তু ধীরে ধীরে কৃতজ্ঞতা ভুলে গিয়ে যখন লোভ, অধৈর্য্য ও অন্যায়ে লিপ্ত হয়, তখন একসময় তাদের কাছ থেকে সবকিছু কেড়ে নেওয়া হয়—সম্পদ, মানসম্মান, ক্ষমতা সবই।

আসলে সবকিছুই আল্লাহর দেওয়া নেয়ামত। যিনি দিয়েছেন, তিনিই চাইলে তা ফিরিয়ে নিতে পারেন। তাই যারা তাঁর আশীর্বাদকে সঠিকভাবে মূল্যায়ন করবে এবং কৃতজ্ঞ থাকবে, তারা বরকত পাবে। আর যারা লোভে ও প্রতারণায় অন্ধ হবে, তাদের অবস্থা ওই হাঁস মারা লোকটির মতোই হবে—“আমও গেল, ছালাও গেল।”

The Information Security Division, in collaboration with the Learning & Development Centre (LDC), successfully conducted an Information Security Awareness Program on 10th August 2025.

The session was specifically arranged for 32 participants from the Financial Institutions and Offshore Banking Unit, as well as the Treasury Front and Mid Office in compliance with Bangladesh Bank’s audit requirements, particularly addressing employees engaged in foreign currency transactions.

The 45 minutes awareness session, held from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM, aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of information security protocols, promote best practices, and ensure alignment with regulatory compliance standards.
